Once you get the email letting you know your product is enabled, log into your Social Snowball dashboard and click "Claim Gift." You'll pop in your own shipping details (this keeps things secure for every creator), and once you submit, your product ships automatically, nothing more needed from our side.

This one's a no. Posting your link or code on coupon, deal, cashback, or discount-directory sites isn't allowed. Referrals from those channels don't bring in new customers, so they aren't eligible for commission (including any already accrued) and accounts promoting this way will be removed from the program. We'd much rather see your authentic voice at work.

Generally, no. We ask that affiliates not bid on our brand name or trademarked terms in paid search campaigns.

Yes, please! Posting within 7 days keeps the partnership active and lets you share those early results, and honestly, many of our products show visible effects within the first week, so it's a great moment to capture.

If you've run out and want to keep promoting, you'll need to have earned at least $500 USD in commission to qualify for a second complimentary product. Just reach out to Mariana and we'll check. You can also redeem your earnings as store credit anytime to restock yourself.

Commissions tracked through your link can take a few days to appear in your dashboard. Give it a moment and it should pop up.

Unfortunately, no. We don't manually attribute referrals after a purchase is completed. If your contact didn't use your affiliate link at checkout, we're unable to assign that order to your account afterward.

We really recommend linking your Instagram to your Social Snowball dashboard so we can see your mentions. Without proper tracking, we may not be able to enable your commission payouts.

Accounts can be blocked if there's a potential fraud risk. If you think it was a mistake, email us and we'll review and restore it if appropriate. We may ask for a little extra verification to confirm everything's legitimate. Thank you for understanding.
