I consider myself a conscious consumer and when I wanted to try this I was conservative and just purchased the night balm. After a couple of weeks adoring that, I added to my collection, the day balm and the eye balm.

I am 65yo and have abused my skin over the decades. Over the past 2yrs, I have tried to get myself back to normal. I’ve used just about everything. Wow, when you say potent you are not kidding . Okay so I used too much the 1st time and all the fluids pushed up into my upper eyelid. I actually looked like someone gave me a black eye. At first I thought this website looked scammy, but I took a chance and ordered some products because I was looking for all natural, organic skincare. My products arrived in about a week. I love ALL of them. They are very potent and oily, so I had to learn how to apply them effectively. I pat on a small amount of the Glow Balm and let it absorb. Then I go in and smooth it over again. I never write negative reviews, however, in this case the review is actually about Froya Organics responsiveness, or lack thereof, to issues and not the products, which I love! Please see photos. All I can say is weirdly disappointed. I ordered the 'hyper potent eye bag' ointment which was rather expensive and this arrived in the mail. I'm not sure if they missed some ingredients or the batch was bad ?? But definitely not what was expected or what was paid for. I have sent an email to Froya regarding this. I had previously used the face ointment which was fine and I liked using every couple of days - it gave a nice glow - so I thought I'd try this one to use around the eyes but it has been a huge disappointment and to be honest it looks gross that I don't even want to try it or put it near my face/eyes.

I have tried using this Hand Balm for about 3 days. I have sensitive skin and unfortunately, my hands became quite itchy with tiny red bumps appearing, so, I've had to stop using it. I had high hopes for this balm. It is quite moisturising, but, it's not for me.
